Shopping from multiple international stores and tracking every parcel separately can get messy fast. Boxit4me puts all your global shipments into one simple, real-time view.
Use your Boxit4me address to shop and ship from your favorite online stores, consolidate parcels, and track every step of the journey from our warehouse to your door. For more details on destinations, you can also check our Country Guides and Shop Abroad, Ship Local solutions.
Global parcel tracking lets you see where your shipment is at every step, from the moment it reaches a Boxit4me address until final delivery to your door.
With Boxit4me, all your parcels from different online stores are received, processed, consolidated (if you choose), and shipped with a tracking number you can follow online. Instead of juggling multiple carrier links, you track everything from a single Boxit4me dashboard.
If you are new to the service, you can see the entire flow on our How It Works page.
You can track your parcel directly from your Boxit4me account:
You will see where your parcel is (for example: at Boxit4me warehouse, in transit, at customs, out for delivery, delivered) with the latest scan updates from the carrier.
If you want a step-by-step overview of the full journey (from shopping to delivery), visit How It Works.
Yes. That's one of the main advantages of Boxit4me.
You can order from multiple stores (such as Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and more), ship everything to your Boxit4me address, and then track all incoming parcels inside one account.
Once you choose to ship, Boxit4me generates a master tracking number for the consolidated shipment, which you can follow from pickup to final delivery. This works perfectly with our international shopping solution if you regularly buy from multiple global marketplaces.
Boxit4me tracking includes both internal warehouse statuses and external carrier scans. Typical statuses you may see include:
For more details on possible customs checks and duties in your destination, you can review our Country Guides.
Tracking updates depend on carrier scan events, but Boxit4me pulls and displays them automatically in your account.
When the shipment is in the Boxit4me warehouse phase, statuses update as soon as our team processes your parcel. Once handed to the carrier, updates follow the carrier's scanning frequency (typically when parcels arrive at or leave a facility, clear customs, or go out for delivery).
If there are no changes for 24-48 hours, it usually means the parcel is moving between hubs or waiting to be scanned at the next facility. For a more complete picture of the journey, you can also review our Global Shipping Guide if you have that page live.
Yes. After you consolidate your parcels into one shipment, Boxit4me generates a shipping label and a unique tracking number.
You will see:
You can follow this main tracking number through your Boxit4me dashboard and, where available, on the carrier's website as well. Consolidation is especially useful if you are using Shop Abroad, Ship Local to group multiple local purchases into one international shipment.
Once the carrier picks up your shipment, Boxit4me shows you the external carrier tracking number. At that stage, you have two ways to track:
Both views read from the same carrier data, so you will see the same scan events in either place.
If you are new to international forwarding, our Shop and Ship overview explains how we work with carriers and last-mile partners.
There are a few common reasons your tracking status may appear "stuck":
If your status has not changed for more than a few days, check the carrier link from your Boxit4me dashboard. If there is still no update, you can contact Boxit4me support with your tracking number for a deeper investigation.
If your tracking number is not recognized or shows an error:
If it still does not work after 24 hours, reach out to Boxit4me support and share:
Boxit4me's full tracking experience is optimized for customers with an active account and shipments.
If someone else shipped a parcel to you using Boxit4me, they can share the external carrier tracking number or a tracking link. You may then track it directly on the carrier's site. However, you will not see Boxit4me's internal warehouse statuses unless you have access to the Boxit4me account that created the shipment.
Yes, Boxit4me can notify you about important tracking events. Depending on your account settings, you may receive:
You can review and adjust your notification preferences from your Boxit4me account settings, so you only receive the updates you find useful.
If tracking shows long delays, no movement, or a shipment appears lost, Boxit4me can assist you in opening an inquiry with the carrier.
Typical steps are:
For extra context on possible customs or duty-related delays in your country, check our Country Guides.
Yes. Once your shipment is created, you can share the carrier tracking number or link with friends, family, or customers who are waiting for the parcel.
They will be able to see the main carrier events (in transit, out for delivery, delivered). Internal warehouse details (such as consolidation steps) remain visible only inside the Boxit4me account.
Basic tracking via Boxit4me is included as part of your normal shipping process; there is no extra fee just to see where your parcel is.
You only pay for the usual services, such as:
Tracking is automatically included so you can follow your global parcels from Boxit4me's warehouse to your doorstep with full visibility.
