Business Development Executive - Air Freight

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive who should be able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers in Logistics/Shipping industry. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients and be responsible for developing relationships with current clients and acquiring new clients
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Responsible for Managing Sales/Business Development, full Logistics and Customer relationships of the company in the USA office.
• Will be accountable for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing customers and new business. Also, improving business development processes for specific services and products with strong sales engagements focusing mainly USA exports to UAE and Middle East.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development in Logistics industry (package forwarding experience will be preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to build strategic customer relationships
• Ability to work independently as well as a team environment, while also delivering independent results
• Demonstrated ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others

Salary: AED5,000.00 to AED7,000.00 /month
