Business Development Manager - NH (Logistics)

The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Managerbased in our office at NEW HAMPSHIRE to build and to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by selling our diverse suite of services

• Promote Platform's brand and presence in the market

• Design solutions to help our customers solve their Logistic challenges through face-to-face interaction with accounts

• Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within the customers organization

• Collaborate with account leadership to bring them pricing options and recommendations

• Identify issues, seeking input from others to determine best course of action and implement solutions

• Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of SOPs, KPIs and other account specific metrics

• Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings

• Own the P&L of US Market

• Maintain, Sustain and Develop relationships with business partners and stakeholders

• Drive market adoption and user acquisition in local market


Skills Needed:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development in Logistics industry (package forwarding experience will be preferred)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Ability to build strategic customer relationships

• Ability to work independently as well as a team environment, while also delivering independent results

• Demonstrated ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
